Basic Rules for Provision of School Services:
1. The schedule of lessons with a teacher is carried out for 1 month (4 weeks). Transfers and cancellations are discussed with a personal manager or the teacher himself.
2. Free cancellation of a scheduled English lesson at the initiative of the client is carried out at least 3 hours before it starts.
3. The teacher is entitled to postpone classes (in case of illness and for other valid reasons), notifying the Client about this at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Replacement of the teacher is carried out free of charge within 48 hours.
5. The provision of services is carried out on the basis of 100% prepayment.
